Weichai India is a subsidiary of the over USD 36 Billion Weichai Group with an array of world-renowned engineering products & services. Weichai is a part of SHIG (Shandong Heavy Industry Group) has a global footprint with operation centres located in China, USA, France, Italy, Germany, Singapore and India, with offices in 35 countries and over 250 authorized service stations worldwide.
Being world’s largest manufacturer of diesel & gas engines, Weichai is now geared to offer indigenously manufactured engines from their state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Pune, India. From this facility, company will be serving customers across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives & Nepal.
The range of engines for marine applications will be offered from this plant in addition to engines for On Road & Off Road segments. These engines meet the stringent manufacturing & quality requirements and are IRS, BV certified. The plant will also serve complete drivetrain systems such as axles and gearboxes.
